You can be set free from sin.
When you ask Jesus to come and dwell within.
Until I asked Jesus to forgive me, all was not well.
His word told me I was on my way to hell.
He was patient just waiting on me.
He must see something in me I was unable to see.
Now He is waiting patiently for you to say, Won't You change my life? I am tired of living this way.
Oh how quickly He will reply.
The reason He came to this earth was to die.

Jesus died on the cross for our sins that day.
He knew there was no other way.
Heaven had a temporary loss, While Jesus came and died on the cross.
"The cross is not a good way to die, I know.
But for the people we created, I will go.
Going to the cross is what I must do. I must get the family back for You."
Jesus took the curse when He died on that tree.
No one else could do that for me.
Dying was what He came to do, And the cross was the way, He knew.
The cross, there was a need for one.
On it must die, God's Son.
Death on the cross is the way it had to be.
No other way could it be done for me.
It was said, "Christ must be lifted up."
The cross was that bitter cup.
No more need for the cross will there ever be.
Once was enough for all eternity.
It was Heaven and earth's gain, not loss, When Jesus died on the cross.
He came to show us the way.
It was now time to die; this was the day.
What will you do with Jesus that died on the cross?
It can be your gain or loss.
