America, the greatest country on earth, And has been since the day of its birth. People come to find freedom to worship Christ and God, And they claimed America everywhere their feet trod. America reaches out to those that come to Her for a better life, Because all they have ever known are toils and strife. To all religions America is still free, America is still the country where so many want to be. So many have died to keep America free, But is America today what God wants Her to be? From America to more people has the gospel gone, Have we failed God; where have we gone wrong? Out of our schools have been taken the Bible and the right to pray, In our homes and schools are the places they most need to stay. Those in authority to remove or keep in our schools the Bible, On the Day of Judgment will God hold them liable? With all our faults, remember what America does that is right. We go anywhere to help others have freedom; we go and fight America gives to other countries that are in need, We send food for the hungry children to help feed. Many would come to America, if they had the chance, And bits of paper about America, at it they longingly glance. But, has America forgotten its Godly past? Then how can our great nation last? America, its roots we must never forget. Until everyone hears the gospel we must never quit, America, we must listen to God's call, And God bless America, the greatest land of all.
