I no longer walk in darkness., Because I came to the Light.
Christ now lives within my heart, Now everything will be all right.
Jesus said, "I will never leave or forsake you."
So what have I to fear?
Jesus is always there for you, And will be each and every day.
So don't worry about tomorrow, For I will take care of it for you.
Take up your cross and follow Me.
Because soon all the battles will be over.
Who is like unto Me?
Or who can be closer than a brother?
If you can find him, let me know.
Can he be your savior, can he be a friend such as I?
Can anyone promise you tomorrow?
Can he extend your life?
I can tell you One that can, And One that can promise more.
So cast all your cares upon Me, I will see you through,
And while the battle's are raging, I will be there for you.
Now can you see, there is none like Me? That there is none to compare with Me.
So if you need a friend, come to Me and see,
If I don't love you even more than any other friend.
Do you have a friend that would give his life for you?
Or love you more than I?
Or give you all that He has?
Then you have truly found a friend.
